BRANDING FOR THE BAND CURIQUINGUES

Curiquingues is a fictional experimental sanjuanito band from Riobamba, Ecuador.
Their influence is the traditional sanjuanito music they grew up listing to and their love for the surreal and interesting sounds of experimental music. Their
combination of folkloric elements, sound and instruments from sanjuanito music, juxtaposed with instrumental and electronic music creates a very unusual but
harmonious sound. The branding represents how distorted and surreal the music sounds but keeping that harmonious feel; it does this by showing nature
distorted with surreal elements, colors and textures.
